If the product you received is damaged, expired, or does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to request a return or exchange.
Return process
Please email our customer service email chnsweet@chsweet.com with your order number and description of the problem.Customer service will respond within 1 business day.f your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return fees：
Restocking fee：The restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of restocking the product. This fee is 30% of the product price.
Shipping fee：
Problematic products: If the product is of quality problem (damaged, expired, or does not match the order), the seller will bear the return shipping fee.
Buyer's remorse: If you apply for a return for personal reasons (don't like it, wrong order, etc.), the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Undelivered orders: If the order has not been shipped, there will be no charge for canceling the order.
Exchanges：
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, please purchase a new item separately.
Refund processing:
After confirmation, the returned item must be shipped within 7 days.
After receiving the return, we will process the refund within 5 business days, and the money will be returned to the original route. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
